Christie Greeley, LPC-S, MEd.

I earned my Master's in Education Psychology and started my counseling career in 2006. I've provided mental health services in schools, homes, groups, and private practice. In 2014, I became an LPC supervisor and later assumed the role of Director of Clinical Services at the San Marcos Treatment Center in central Texas. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, relational conflicts, and identity issues, and mentor aspiring therapists.

My career began in education, which remains a foundational passion in my human services approach. I believe in the power of relationships and experiences as potent educators and catalysts for change, guided by the principle of 'what fires together, wires together.' I help individuals process their narratives, fostering confidence, self-efficacy, and readiness for their journey.

Personally, I'm a proud UTA coach’s wife and dog mom, spending weekends at college softball games or playing fetch. A lifelong reader and "nerd," I enjoy books, documentaries, Broadway shows, gardening, and baking.

Christie specializes in adults, couples, grief, loss, divorce, anxiety and depression, PTSD, lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, and transgender issues, and general life stresses and stressors.
