Kristine Boehnke, LPC

I am a licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a Master's degree in Education in School Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Since 2015, I have dedicated my career to education, serving as a school counselor in both Irving ISD and Midlothian ISD. Additionally, I have gained extensive experience working in an inpatient facility, where I provided therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for my clients. Together, we work collaboratively to help clients achieve personal growth and find lasting happiness. I primarily utilize Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. For younger children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to facilitate communication and self-expression.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, and grief. I am committed to helping clients navigate these challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life

Kristine specializes in children and adolescents, adults, behavior changes, family/child conflict, grief, suicidal ideation/attempt, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and general life stresses and stressors.
